Sociale huisvestingsmaatschappij ‘Bouwmaatschappij van Burcht’ was een coöperatieve vennootschap, die in 1994 fusioneerde met de huisvestingsmaatschappij CV ‘Zwijndrechtse Bouwmaatschappij’ tot CV ‘Zwijndrechtse Huisvestingsmaatschappij’.
Vermeldenswaardige realisaties van de maatschappij zijn Wijk Ter Locht (jaren 1960-1970) en Veldwijk (1984-1986).
